These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Junli Solutions, a company registered and operating in Singapore at 27 Woodlands Industrial Park E1, #03-02, Singapore 757718.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Offered
   We provide IT-related services including, but not limited to:

Website development

Customized software development

Mobile application development

The scope and timelines of services will be defined in individual project agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities
   Clients agree to:

Provide timely feedback and necessary materials

Make payments as per the agreed schedule

Respect intellectual property and licensing terms

4. Intellectual Property
   Unless otherwise agreed, all code, designs, and content developed by Junli Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion, rights are transferred as per contract terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
   Junli Solutions shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Delays caused by third-party vendors or force majeure events

6. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be settled in Singaporean courts
